RFQ Details

Dear Sir,

we are looking Prime Quality Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Sheets in coils as below

Can you please do the following on urgent basis.

1) Arrange to Send sample sheet of 300mm X 300mm for following

a) 0.60mm
b) 0.80mm
c) 0.89mm
d) 1.00mm
e) 1.20mm

2) We also require mill test certificate for the above sizes.

3) Mills catalogue - 5 Nos.

4) Quote with validity upto 29th July 2008.

5) We require Mills marking on the sheets as compulsory

6) specs as follows :

Prime Quality Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Sheets in coils, conforming to ASTM/JIS G3302 SGHC with Regular Spangle, Zinc Coating of Z-275, Unoiled, dry, Chromated & Coil ID 508mm,

0.60mm 1219mm 350 Tons
0.80mm 1219mm 250 Tons
0.89mm 1219mm 150 Tons
1.00mm 1219mm 100 Tons

Other terms and conditions:

Quality : Any defect in the material on account of the a) White Rust, b) Black Spot, c) Insufficient Zinc Coating or d) Zinc peeling; to be replaced by the supplier free of cost.
Shipment : Earliest possible in 2008
Delivery : Qatar / Kuwait Port
Price : C & F Qatar / Kuwait Port
Coil Weight : Max 5.0 MT/Coil ID. 508
Weighing : Actual weight Net for Net
Packing : Export Packing
Delivery Allowance : +/- 10% per size & in Total
Payment : By Irrevocable L/C Payable at site and/or 60 Days
Marking : Marking on the sheet strictly required.
Quantity : upto 700 MT per consignment basis and can be upto 2000 MT/month for this buyer only.

Now i feel you can immediately start work on this as i have done all the setting with the procurement persons and if our prices are good than we can click the deal immediately, . Remember you have to personally take interest in the deal to get good deal.
